Dan Rundle is the Chief Executive Officer at Worthwhile, where he stewards a people-first collective of businesses toward long-term success. With a background in a high-growth technology startup, Dan joined Worthwhile as employee #3, initially focusing on operations. His leadership and vision led to his role as CEO, where he eventually bought the company. Under his guidance, Worthwhile has experienced significant growth and expansion, earning a spot on the Inc. 5000 list multiple times.

Despite these achievements, Dan’s greatest pride is fostering a healthy culture that treats people with respect and consistently ranks as one of the top workplaces in the state. He is inspired daily by his team, who not only challenge him to be a better leader but also bring joy and laughter into the workplace. Dan’s leadership is characterized by his commitment to building strong, healthy teams, both in his professional and personal life.

Originally from California, Dan enjoys traveling with his wife and four children. Together, they have visited all 50 states, 33 national parks, and nine countries, with more adventures on the horizon. When he’s not building healthy teams or planning the next family trip, Dan loves spending time in North Lake Tahoe.
