With over 25 years in information technology, Dan Harmeson has dedicated his career to delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth. Spending over 22 years in Healthcare IT, Dan achieved significant success and growth. In 2021, facing new challenges due to COVID-19’s impact, he sought a new adventure and found his way to Worthwhile in Greenville, South Carolina.
At Worthwhile, Dan has fostered a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. He leads multidisciplinary teams, optimizes workflows, and leverages advanced technologies to ensure high-quality deliverables. Dan values empathetic leadership and human connection, believing that continuous learning and strong human connections drive true innovation.
As the Business Director of Worthwhile’s NextGeneration and Managed Services Business Units, Dan oversees financial performance, develops and executes business strategies, and ensures high-quality deliverables. He manages business development, content strategies, and fosters strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients.
Outside of work, Dan is very involved in his church, serving the youth and the worship team. He enjoys building Botanical LEGO sets with his five kids, hitting the trails on his bike, playing bass guitar, and digging through crates of old vinyl. Dan has a special love for jazz legends like Charlie Mingus, Roy Ayers, and Tower of Power.
